TPM Coordinator in Kennewick, WA

The TPM Coordinator is responsible for the introduction and optimization of new and existing production methods and processes using the Total Productive Maintenance system (TPM) in close cooperation with the Senior Management, Production, Maintenance and QA.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Supporting the plant management team in building and maintaining a vision and policy on continuous improvement and the improvement of the required conditions;
2. Coordinating, developing and implementing the TPM program;
3. Supporting the pillar leaders.
Specifics of Essential Functions
1. Supporting the plant management team in building and maintaining a vision and policy on continuous improvement and the improvement of the required conditions
? Set up, plan and organize TPM activities;
? Carry out the TPM philosophy within the organization and make it a part of the daily work;
? Motivate and stimulate staff at all levels in the organization to continuously improve;
? Form improvement teams together with the management, form assignments, plan dates etc.;
? Provide a facilitating roll around team meetings
2. Coordinating, developing and implementing the TPM program;
? Develop, document and promote the TPM methodology, and offer its tools and techniques;
? Assisting the organization in analyzing the OEE details and other KPI?s, so that the right choices are made to implement improvements are needed;
? Provide internal and external communication around the TPM program;
? Exchange TPM knowledge and experience within the organization
? Follow developments in the field of TPM outside of the organization.
3. Supporting the pillar leaders;
? Assist in forming a vision for the pillars;
? Assist the 5S team as leader;
? Train/assist the other leaders;
? Develop and follow-up on the pillar plan;
? Plan and organize TPM activities;
? Implement TPM activities.
